Spring, Philly style (part two)

PFS 5Who doesn’t want a dose of bright colours?

Wandering through the Philadelphia Flower Show, not only did I get my eyeful of lilies, roses, pansies, marigolds, tulips and all forms of greenery, but I was impressed by the unique creations of the designers.

It wasn’t just all about the flowers and plants, but how they could work with some interesting objects. There were dining tables and chairs, and there was cabins and pathways, as well as the traditional outdoor trellis, fencing and water features.

As I wandered around, I wished I had a backyard. Alas, I have a large balcony, which if funds permit, will transform with inspiration found at one of these pretty displays:

Or maybe I should consider taking inspiration from these:

Philadelphia - Brit dining

Philadelphia - trellis
